In the past year I've purchased flower arrangements from Johnson Floral & Decor on multiple occasions. One time the staff was able to put together a beautiful birthday bouquet for my wife's birthday and on another occasion I stopped in after work and picked out a quite well put together bouquet that was available in their case. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to put together a beautiful bouquet spur of the moment. The shop has a great selection of cards as well. It's always great supporting a friendly and helpful local business with an excellent selection.
This most likely should be a 5 star rating. However, I have had no feedback from the bouquet recipient. đ˘ So, I don't know if the arrangement was as expected. It would have been nice to have gotten a pic of the bouquet with the delivery notice.
The order process was great, easy. I was kept up-to-date at every step of the process, including being notified when the bouquet was delivered. This part of the process is definitely 5 stars!
The flower arrangement that was delivered was beautiful although it didnât resemble the picture that was on the website. I specifically ordered the arrangement because of the blue/purple color of the flowers. The first photo is what is on the website and the second photo is what was delivered. The blue circles are the only purple/blue color in the arrangement that was delivered. I realize that substitutions are possible but nonetheless it was a little disappointing. I appreciated the notifications that the flowers were delivered.
