To ensure efficient service and timely deliveries, all deliveries are planned and organized by ZIP code zones, allowing us to group deliveries to businesses and locations in close proximity.

Delivery Scheduling

Our delivery schedule is designed to accommodate the needs of our subscription clients while allowing us to maintain efficient delivery routes. Deliveries are scheduled according to the type of subscription or service selected.

Monthly Subscriptions: Deliveries are scheduled around the first of each month. Depending on delivery volume and route planning, deliveries may take place approximately two to three days before or after the first of the month.

Quarterly Subscriptions: Deliveries are scheduled around the first day of each new quarter. Depending on the number of deliveries and route availability, deliveries may take place approximately two to three days before or after the quarter begins.

Seasonal Subscriptions: Each arrangement is delivered in advance of the upcoming season, allowing you to welcome the changing seasons with fresh-looking, professionally designed faux floral decor. Seasonal deliveries are scheduled as follows:

Autumn Collection: Delivered toward the end of August, ready to welcome the autumn season.

Winter Collection: Delivered toward the end of November, bringing seasonal beauty to your space for winter.

Spring Collection: Delivered toward the end of February, introducing the fresh colors and beauty of spring.

Summer Collection: Delivered toward the end of May, celebrating the warmth and vibrant colors of summer.

Route Planning and Consistency

Deliveries are organized by ZIP code zones to minimize travel time, improve route efficiency, and provide dependable service to our clients. We make every effort to complete as many deliveries as possible each day while maintaining an organized and consistent delivery schedule.

Johnson Floral & Decor maintains an ongoing delivery calendar to ensure each client receives their floral designs according to their selected subscription frequency. While the exact delivery date may vary slightly within the designated delivery window, our goal is to provide consistent, dependable service you can count on.

We cannot guarantee requests for a specific time of day for your delivery, but we will ensure the delivery is made during regular business hours.
