We want every client to be happy with the floral designs they receive and are committed to providing a positive experience with our subscription and pay-for-use services.

Client Satisfaction

We understand that floral design is personal, and individual preferences may vary. If an arrangement does not meet your expectations, please contact Johnson Floral & Decor within three business days of delivery so we can discuss your concerns and determine the best solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an adjustment to the arrangement, an exchange for an alternative design, or another appropriate resolution.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be considered when:

• The delivered arrangement is damaged or defective.

• The arrangement differs significantly from the agreed-upon design or service description.

• The arrangement does not complement the intended space as reasonably expected, and an alternative design may provide a better fit.

All exchange requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair and practical resolution.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us within three business days of delivery and explain your concerns. Photographs may be requested to help us understand the issue and determine the best course of action.

If an exchange is approved, Johnson Floral & Decor will coordinate the replacement according to our delivery routes and scheduling availability. The original arrangement must be kept in its original condition until the exchange has been arranged.

Subscription Service Considerations

Our pay-for-use floral subscription service allows clients to enjoy professionally designed faux floral arrangements without purchasing them outright. Because arrangements are part of a managed inventory, exchanges are subject to availability and scheduling.

A change in personal preference alone does not automatically guarantee an exchange. However, we value our client relationships and will make reasonable efforts to find a solution when a design is not the right fit.
